Our Board of Directors

 Farrukh Ifzal

Farrukh Ifzal is the Chairman of Nishat Chunian Limited and Chief Executive Officer of Nishat Chunian Power Limited.

He joined the Group in 1988 as Financial Controller of Nishat Chunian Limited and since then has been serving the Group in various capacities, owing to his acumen and expertise. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.


Mustaqeem Talish

Mustaqeem Talish is the Chief Financial Officer of Nishat Chunian Limited.

He joined the company in 2012 as Manager Finance. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.

Mustaqeem Talish holds a Bachelor’s degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University.


Muhammad Ashraf

Mr. Muhammad Ashraf is associated with the Nishat Chunian Group for more than 25 years in different important positions. He possesses a rich experience playing a pivotal & inspirational role with the Group.

Before joining Nishat Chunian Group, Mr. Muhammad Ashraf served Pakistan Army in different key positions and ranks for 27 years. He also attended various trainings and courses including in Command & Staff College and a course on Finance Management from USA. Mr. Muhammad Ashraf is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nishat Chunian Power Limited since March 2022.


Rehmat Naveed Elahi

Rehmat Naveed Elahi is the Chief Executive of D.L Nash (Pvt) Ltd. which is the first Pak-French joint venture in the Textile Industry of Pakistan.

He brings with himself over 15 years of experience in the Textile Industry.

He Holds a Bachelors of Commerce Degree from McGill University.


Sheikh Muhammad Iqbal

Sheikh Muhammad Iqbal is an MBA from LUMS and possesses vast and diversified experience, especially in the power sector. He served in various senior capacities while working in different corporate sector entities around the Globe.

Sheikh Muhammad Iqbal also remained on the Board of various companies.
